TCPA Consent & Disclosure
Effective date: 2026-05-07. Last updated: 2026-05-14.
This page explains the consent you provide when you submit your information through Home Savings Hub and how to opt out. As of 2026-05-14, our quote forms require an explicit, unchecked-by-default consent checkbox; submitting your information without checking that box will not transmit your inquiry to any marketing partner.
Express Written Consent (TCPA, 47 U.S.C. § 227)
By
checking the consent box on our quote form and clicking the call-to-action button (e.g., "Get My Free Quote"), you provide your
prior express written consent for Home Savings Hub and our
Marketing Partners (a complete categorical list is maintained on our
Marketing Partners page) to contact you at the telephone number and email address you provide, including by:
- Live agent calls;
- Pre-recorded or artificial voice messages;
- Automatic telephone dialing systems (autodialers);
- SMS or MMS text messages;
- Email messages, including transactional follow-up and promotional content.
This consent applies even if your number is registered on a federal or state Do-Not-Call (DNC) list. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Standard message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time as described in Section 4.
Consent verification. When you submit a quote form, we capture an independent TrustedForm session-recording certificate (ActiveProspect) and a Jornaya LeadiD token (Verisk) at the moment of submission. These certificates record the time, IP address, page URL, the exact consent text you saw, and a recording of your interaction with the form. They are transmitted to our marketing partners for TCPA dispute defense. See our Privacy Policy Section 10 for details.

4. How to Opt Out
- Phone calls: tell the caller "stop calling" or request to be added to their internal Do-Not-Call list. You may also register your number on the National Do-Not-Call Registry at donotcall.gov.
- Text messages: reply STOP to any SMS message to stop further texts from that sender.
